A promotional hat is used when a business wants to promote their product or business name and try to find a way to get their name advertised. An example is Ford, Ford wants the local community and surrounding areas to know about them and that they are in a distance. If Ford’s company is on a certain street or has an extended name to it like Mike’s Ford then the hat will show that company name. When you walk into a store and your hat shows Mike’s Ford it instantly is thought about and placed into the mind of surrounding people. It then goes to the back of people’s minds at the end of the day and when they eventually are thinking about a place to buy a vehicle from they dig into their thoughts. When they dig they find a memory of you walking into the store they happened to be in and your hat saying Mike’s Ford. It is a form of advertisement kind of like word of mouth mixed with a small banner.
Mike’s Ford will pick up business because of you.
If Mike’s Ford wants to give the promotional product out for free to a stand at a store and hand them out, they can do that. Mike’s can give them to people who have just purchased a vehicle with them so that everyone knows where they got their vehicle. They can give them out for any reason at any place at any time so that they can get their name out there into the world. It doesn’t exactly have to be an in range type thing either, you can get the promotional hat and leave the state or country and it will still trigger other people’s minds and they will eventually look it up online and see if it is worth going out of their way to check out.
Promotional products can spread to a lot more people. think about it, a person who is yelling a business name at a booth, they aren’t really getting your attention they are more annoying you and you try to tune them out. If you just get a visual glance of something, it sticks in your head and you think about it more. Promotional products are better advertisement than we expected. Sometimes not say a word can actually be a better method than saying anything at all. Let’s for now stick to promotional hats that catch our attention. Maybe even ones that are flashy and have fake flashy jewelry flashing on them, that will get kids attention and they will read it out loud. That might be more useful, sticking in the kids heads so they constantly remind us of a certain business’s name.
